Staff Accountant

Position Summary:
Qualified candidate will prepare and file tax documents and perform financial statement compilations, reviews and audits. Two to five years experience plus a BS in Accounting or similar work and education required. CPA certification preferred. Essential skills include knowledge of tax, general accounting and math. Ideal candidate must also possess strong analytical, research and reporting skills; verbal and written communication skills as well at attention to detail. Use of Lacerte, QuickBooks, Excel and Word software programs necessary.

Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:
Seeking an Administrative Assistant to support tax and accounting professionals. Experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software programs is essential. Excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced office setting are important. Ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, dependable and can consistently produce high quality work. Five or more years experience providing administrative support to professionals is required.
